Lisa Yvette Timbes-Zapata

Lisa Yvette Timbes-Zapata was born on July 28, 1966, in Dallas, Texas,
entered eternal peace on February 6, 2024, at the age of 57. She is
survived by her partner of 20 yrs, John Vanhoek, and her 3 daughters Anne,
Elizabeth, and Mandy, her son Jerry, and 4 brothers Aaron, Brad,
Chad, and Jon-Peter, one sister Angelika, and her mother Maria Parsons.
Lisa has a large family and shares her life and love with them all. Lisa
is preceded in death by her father John R. Timbes JR, and her brother Jason
Andrew Timbes, and Glenda Timbes her stepmother.

A proud native daughter of Texas, she dedicated most of her life to
advocating for victims of violence, crime, and abuse. She had an
immeasurable impact through her career in the private sector and with
the Great State of Texas. A dedicated Social Worker giving her all for
the clients she served.

As of now, details of a memorial service have not been finalized but
will be updated later. The family requests instead of flowers
or gifts, donations be sent to your favorite charity in her honor.
