Emelia "Millie" Lacey of Longview, TX, passed away at her home unexpectedly on October 8, 2021. Millie was born on October 10, 1962. She was the daughter of Calvin Strate Sr.and Genevieve "Sally" Nadeau Strate. She is survived by her father Calvin Strate Sr.Sister Ceil Brock (Bubba): Brothers; Joey Strate (Marialice); Rodney Strate (Jan); David Strate (Theresa); Carl Strate (Pam); Tommy Strate (Lisa); Leo Strate (Cherie).Along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother Genevieve "Sally" Strate and the love of her life, her late husband, Steve Lacey. We at Bigham Mortuary ask that you keep this family in your prayers.
