Carrie June Tomberlain WallsWe mourn the loss and Celebrate the Life and Legacy of Mrs.Carrie June Tomberlain Walls of Ore City, Tx Memorial service for Carrie June Tomberlain Walls, 76, of Ore City, Texas will be held Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 10:00 at Lakeview Baptist Church in Ore City under the Caring Hands of Bigham Mortuary of Longview, TX. Mrs. Walls died Tuesday, July 18, 2017 after a lengthy illness. She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Mantooth of Ore City; sister, Wanda Riggins of Daingerfield and sister and brother in-law Mary and Gerald Quarles of Kilgore, and sister-in-law, Joan Tomberlain of Omaha, TX; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews, numerous extended family members, and countless friends. Carrie is proceeded in death by her parents, Broud and Lola Tomberlain; husband of 29 years David Walls; infant son, Randall Walls; and daughter, Sheila Walls Espinoza. She was also proceeded in death by her brother, Buddy Tomberlain, her brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Barbara Tomberlain, and brother-in-law Joe Riggins; and Son -in-law Odis Mantooth . Mrs. Walls was born in Hughes Springs, TX on August 11, 1941. She married David Walls on December 17th; 1960. The couple spent many years living in Hughes Springs ,TX and moved to Houston, TX Mrs. Walls worked as a hairdresser and raised daughters, Becky and Sheila. In 1990 Carrie, and Her Daughter's moved to Ore City, TX where Carrie continued to work as a hairdresser until becoming a custodian for Ore City ISD where she worked another 17 Years until She retired in 2013. Mrs. Walls was a proud member of Lakeview Baptist Church since 1990. Mrs. Carrie Loved Cooking, Gardening, and Crocheting ! Mrs. Carrie along with Her Daughter Becky, loved watching their :" Kid's " grow up from the Nursery to Graduating from High School. Please keep the Walls Family lifted in your prayers.
